PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST (October 2025)

 

We are looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST who specializes in performance marketing — someone who knows how to run, optimize, and scale ad campaigns that drive real results. You’ll manage paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms while constantly improving ROI through testing, insights, and analytics.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the creative, copy, and strategy teams to align paid content with campaign objectives. You’ll handle ad placements, monitor results, and generate performance reports that tell a clear story of growth. A sharp eye for metrics and a deep understanding of platform algorithms are a must.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and results-driven. You’re comfortable with data dashboards, know how to interpret campaign trends, and can make smart decisions backed by numbers.

📌 Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, or Google
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools

  • Strong grasp of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM)

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media or performance marketing
