Responsibilities:
Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to engage followers and promote brand messages.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community.

Content Creation: Coordinate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content tailored for each platform.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance optimization.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Influencer Partnerships: Identify and engage with relevant influencers to promote the brand and expand reach.

Crisis Management: Handle any social media crises or negative feedback professionally and swiftly to maintain brand reputation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
